Re:Lux Finland sells pre-owned products in their current condition at the time of sale. We do not provide guarantees for what happens to the products after the purchase.

We do our best to clean products and to prepare them for selling.

All products might have faint odor from previous use even if it is not mentioned in product's description. Please understand that everyone has different sensitivity for odors.

All pictures of products displayed on this website are taken by us. Please allow for slight color differences due to camera or device screen settings.

We inspect and measure all of our products by ourselves. Slight inaccuracies are  possible.

Please note that if item was repaired by non-brand repair shop (by 3rd part) it means that for most of the brands future repair by brand will be impossible. For more information please contact us. 

Condition rating:

N. New, never used.

A. Very good condition. Used but has no visible signs of use.

AB. Very good condition, minor signs of use.

B. Good condition. Used and might have visible signs of use. Has no broken parts.

BC. Good condition with multiple major signs of use.

C. Fair condition. Used and has obvious signs of use. Might need some repair or might be impossible to repair. 


Items purchased through our web page can be returned within 14 calendar days. Return is only possible if item hasn't been used by buyer, return tag is still attached and not damaged. In case if tag is still attached but item was used refund is impossible.
Return shipping is buyers response. Item should be shipped to the following address: 53100 Myllymäenkatu 13 Lappeenranta (Matkahuolto terminal in Lappeenranta), phone number +358504722636. Item must be shipped within 14 calendar days after it was picked up from pick up point. Shipping by Posti or other carriers is possible as well by sending the item to the nearest pick-up point. If item is lost or damaged on the way back to us refund is not possible.

If item is returned to us and we find that refund is impossible (item was used or damaged, return tag is removed or damaged), we can ship the item back to the buyer. In that case buyer is covering shipping cost (7€ for the domestic shipping and 25€ for the international shipping).


Shipping cost (7€ for domestic shipping in Finland / 25€ for international shipping) and 3% of item's cost (processing fee) will be reduced from refund's amount.
For example, if price of returned item is 500€, we will issue 478€ refund (500€-7€ shipping cost - 15€ processing fee). If there are few items in the order and buyer would like to keep some items shipping fee will not be reduced from the refund amount.

If buyer did not pick up parcel from pick-up point and it was returned to us we consider it as a return. So we will reduce shipping cost (7€) + return shipping cost +3% processing fee from the refund amount.

There are two exceptions when we will reimburse 100% of item's cost (full refund). In those cases we provide return shipping label as well:
1. If the sold product is not authentic. Buyer gets right for the full refund in case a certificate of inauthenticity issued by Entrupy provided. Just opinion or other certificates do not give rights for full refund.
2. If sold product does not match with the description. It must be serious difference with the description. If something is shown on the pictures but not mentioned in the description it means that item's description is still correct. If something is mentioned in the item's description (signs of use) but not shown on the pictures it means that description is correct. For example, if description says that metal parts have signs of wear but scratch on the buckle is not shown on pictures, item is still matching with the description.

If you would like to return purchased item you need to inform us immediately via email info@reluxfinland.com.
Refund will be issued after we receive and check the returned item. Refund will be issued by same payment method as was used for purchase.


Exchanges are not possible.
